We do not offer international shipping and are unable to ship to US territories, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.

*Estimated number of days you will receive your order after placing it on the website. This time includes processing and in-transit time for your order. We use USPS shipping carrier to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.

 

  • All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by USPS. Depending on several factors, orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
  • We package and ship your order as soon as we get credit card authorization and verification.

 

  • We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders.

 

  • Delivery time starts when your order has been shipped and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping speed selected at the time of checkout. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.

 

 

  • If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it. You are charged only once if we choose to send your order in more than one package.

 

  • The estimated delivery date in checkout is based on your delivery address and the shipping option you’ve selected.

How do I get help with a received order issue? 

In the unlikely event that we send a wrong item, we will issue store credit or resend the correct item within 10 business days. Please email us at bgraffik@yahoo.com.

 

I need help with my order. 

The quickest way to receive an update is check your email. Updates are sent to the email on file. Once the order is made, you will receive tracking information. Please do not email for order status, we ship all orders we receive. If you have any other urgent request, you can email bgraffik@yahoo.com.

Please note we do not edit orders whatsoever.  

 

I haven’t received my order.

The shipping carrier provides a detailed pathway for your delivery and has the most up-to-date information. However, if your package has not arrived within the shipping time you specified when you ordered, feel free to contact us.
